1. Processing Time
100% of orders are shipped within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time
Standard Shipping: Usually delivered within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday) during regular seasons.
Delivery times may vary slightly during festive periods, sales events, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

4. Delivery Costs
Shipping costs depend on your delivery location.
Please check your Order Summary at checkout for exact delivery charges for each product.
5. Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Absence of the receiver
Refusal to accept the package
It will be returned to us at the customer’s expense. This expense includes the actual shipping cost incurred, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

7. Upon Receipt of Your Order
Please inspect your package before signing for it. If you notice any damage or missing items:
Refuse delivery or
Sign as "Damaged" and contact us immediately on the day of delivery.
8. Bank Holidays
We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Orders scheduled during these days will be delivered on the next working day.
