1. Important Note
Refunds or returns will only be considered if you provide a full unboxing video of the package from the moment it is opened. This is essential for us to assess and verify your claim.
2. Return Request Period
For damaged or missing items, please submit a complaint on the same day as delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged item:
Share the unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
Once verified, we will proceed with a replacement or refund as applicable.
4. Missing Items
If any product is missing from your order:
Share the unboxing video displaying all received items.
If confirmed, we will issue a refund for the missing product(s).
5. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item or want to exchange for any other reason, return shipping and replacement shipping costs will be your responsibility.
This policy is in place as we operate as a wholesale platform and not a retail store.

6. Refund Eligibility
We will process refunds in the following cases:
a) Damaged or Defective Products – Verified through the provided unboxing video.
b) Missing Items – If we cannot provide the missing item(s), a refund will be issued.
7. Product Condition for Returns
Products must be:
Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
In original packaging with all accessories, tags, and labels intact
8. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe returns.
9. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
